Blessed day Sir / Madam,

I, Renaido F Arana Sr account holder no. 0020230337343 would like to request for an upgrade due to
the in-demand requirements for my daughters work at home office and the package plan we chosen is the
FIBERX 2500 / 75Mbps / 450 and I also wanted to add some additional requests to your technical team to
replace my router device for a better one due to some issues we presently experiencing like random Wi-Fi
disconnection and frequent delays lately.
