- Contact to SSA NIB Team or Gujarat Circle Broadband NOC or Pune NOC team to check the ping &
Telnet of DSLAM & the Status in concern Parent OCLAN / Tier-1 / Tier-2 & BNG
- Check the OCLAN Port Status ( on which the DSLAM is connected ) in OCLAN
OCLAN Commands > show arp ( Check the uplink port of OCLAN )
> show interface fei_4/5 ( Check the status of OCLAN Port to which DSLAM is connected )
> show mac vlan 3485 ( Check mac addresses for DSLAM outer VLAN )
( Here 3485 = DSLAM’s outer VLAN. Check the MAC for DSLAM Outer VLAN, one MAC on OCLAN Uplink Port & at least
one MAC on the port to which the DSLAM is connected )
- Check the Configuration Status & Passed Inner VLAN of DSLAM in concern BNG
BNG Commands > context local
> show configuration | begin 3859 ( 3859 = DSLAM Outer VLAN )
Check that all inner VLANs of DSLAM are shown in configuration. Inform Pune NOC Team to configure for remaining
inner VLANs.
Loose the Fan Tray Screw. Takeout the Fan Tray Carefully.
Clean both fans with blower properly. Use Lubrication Oil for smooth running of fan If necessary.
Clean the empty fan slot properly.
Set the clean fan slot in DSLAM & check the fan & temperature status in DSLAM by
“show temperature-check“ command. Try to Maintain the temperature below 40 degree C.
