YEAR END REPORT (SY. 2019-2020)

I. INTRODUCTION

Gulayan sa Paaralan Program is implemented in the school primarily to support the


feeding program and raise on health and nutrition awareness. It is a yearly activity which
regularly started every month of June in the school year. The program is participated and
supported by all teachers, students, school officers, parents and other stakeholders. The activity
also aims to produce a profitable venture in procuring additional garden tools and at the same
time to give away school supplies for the less fortunate students.

To intensify the implementation, a semestral evaluation in the school is done. It is also


encouraged to integrate urban gardening techniques and local methods to provide an array of
farming techniques appropriate for small land area.

This activity and the collaborative efforts of every stakeholders were paid off as the
school was awarded as the First runner-up in the Best Implementer Gulayan sa Paaralan
Untrained Category of the Schools Division Office of Isabela.
