WHEREAS, only THREE (3) Bidders submitted their quotation;


WHEREAS, only THREE (3) quotation were opened on 29 July 2021.

Quotation in the amount of Forty Nine Thousand One Hundred Fifty Pesos (49,150.00);

b. To adapt shopping as the mode of procurement;

c. To recommend for the approval by the BAC of the DepEd, Division of Bago City the foregoing
findings.
