ISO certification (If the company is ISO certified). Certifying consultant name & Expiry date
a) ISO 9001:2007(Quality management system)

If the prequalification submittal and material submittal is combined and


technical Details of many products are enclosed then the material

clouded, indicating clearly which of the materials in the submittal is for
the above mentioned project.
