OBESITY

Obesity is a disorder characterized by abnormal or excessive fat buildup, which can be harmful
to one's health. Obesity is becoming more prevalent in both adults and children. Moderate
intensity exercise for at least 1 hour most days of the week is recommended to maintain excellent
health. Simple exercises during the day, like as taking the stairs and getting up from your chair
might also be beneficial.

Many people eat anything they want without thinking about the nutritional content.
Many fast-food restaurants have opened in recent years, and they are increasing in number all
over the world. Those fast foods constitute a high-calorie diet, and the trans fats found in them
can elevate LDL cholesterol.

Raising Concerns of Obesity

Obesity is a prevalent and serious disease that affects people all over the world. Obesity is a
widespread and rising concern, thus there must be examples of obesity in both urban and rural
areas. It is not limited to adults; children may also be affected because they are less concerned
about their health nowadays.

Obesity has serious health consequences and is linked to a variety of disorders. Coronary
heart disease is one of the diseases that is commonly induced by obesity.

world, including diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and certain types of cancer
