established on October 7,
1995, the factory was started
construction from June 1999
and put into production and
business operation from July
2002. To compete integrating
and developing in an
international competitive
environment, implementing
the policy of enterprise
innovation and business
management, Hoang Mai Cement Company was equitized and officially held the first General
Meeting of Shareholders. on March 3, 2008. Vicem Hoang Mai Cement Plant has a capacity of
1.26 million tons of clinker per year, equivalent to 1.4 million tons of cement per year, producing
cement by dry method, rotary kiln operated by FCB (Republic of Vietnam). HOM products
account for about 2% of the country's cement consumption market share, belong to the group of
medium-sized cement enterprises and are currently a unit of the Vietnam Cement Industry
Corporation (VICEM).
Vision and mission: Vicem Hoang Mai Cement Joint Stock Company has constantly researched
and developed cement products suitable to consumer tastes and climate characteristics of
Vietnam. With a suitable strategic orientation and synchronous solutions; the leadership of the
Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation and the resolute direction of the company's leaders;
Products bearing the " Con Chim Lac" logo will continue to dominate the market. With the
slogan "challenging time", Vicem Hoang Mai Cement, over 15 years of construction and
development, has been striving to fulfill its functions and tasks, affirming its position and brand
in the marke
