ASSESSMENT

1. What advice would you give a friend who has noticeable stress?

 I will gave her a hug and a words that can calm her down. Because I don’t to see
her becoming like that. And having stress is not a joke is a serious problem that
needed a serious solution also.

2. What are common negative stressors students face and possible positive
responses to these stressors?

 Academic demands and test anxiety for the negative stressors that students facing
in schools and the possible positive responses to these stressors are Improves
performance and Motivates, Focuses energy.

TASK 3:
1. Evaluate the components of stress.

2. Recognize the steps on how to manage stress.

3. Identify symptoms of stress and its impact to work performance.

1. The three components of stress are: an external component, an internal component,


and the interaction between the external and internal components.

2. The steps on how to manage stress especially to those students like me is avoid
procrastinating, get plenty of sleeps, We should always think positive, Engaging in
relaxation activities or techniques and mostly don’t push your self too much, you can
take a break sometimes.

3. The symptoms of stress are usually having an headache, irritability, feelings of being
overwhelmed and mood swings. This might affect our work performance like we can’t
think properly, it might somehow cause of fight with your co-workers.
