Course Description:
The Course in Administrative process and human behavior in organization aims to inspire the graduate students to be aware of themselves in the organization in this pandemic situation. In
this situation, the course will be effectively using the Blended Learning Approach/pedagogy or Distance learning modalities with the use of online class. To achieve such aim the class will be led to a
blended modular approach in imparting knowledge and skills. The use of different modalities will help the student realize the outputs required by the subjects. It is expected that the students will
be able to apply the knowledge, concepts and skills they gained in the course.

Course Objectives:
At the end of the course, the graduate students are expected to:

2. Define what OB is and explain the OB theories and management, and explain the approach to managing individuals’ behavior within an organizational setting;

personality as well as the biases and problems in perception;
4. Describes values, discusses the characteristics of work attitudes; Explain work attitudes; describe the types of values, explain, work moods, and the theories of job satisfaction;
5. Explain organizational culture and ethics; discuss socialization and culture; Describe socialization stages, explain the factors determining an organization’s culture;
6. Discuss the different motivational theories and concepts, such as Maslow’s theory, Alderfer’s theory, Herzberg’s

SYNCHRONOUS ONLINE CLASS POLICY


• It is understood that every member of the class in Admin will attend the scheduled class since this is a Synchronous Online Class (SynClass). As you enter the Google Meet or Zoom Meet, you are advised to
use the attendance Sheet form found in the SITE provided in this Class.
• Submission of requirements, quiz answers and outputs may be done through the following Tools: Google Classroom, Forms, and through my email: [email protected],
• If you are in conflict with the schedule because you have to attend a very important matters, e.g. family matters, health matters, school matters, you are advised to send the professor a formal letter in
advance.
• If we are in a synclass, you are advised to be always aware of the proper use of microphone and camera. You may open the microphone and the camera if you are told to do so.
