ANSWER: It is changing proportions, Babies have enormous heads in relation to the size
of theirs bodies, Their big heads holds big brains, which they need because there's a lot
to learn. As a child gets older and grow taller. The Proportions of the body change. The
limbs and trunk grow steadily, but the head does not grow much bigger.

to the canter? Explain your answer.
ANSWER: Yes from the top to bottom. The cephalocaudal trend is the postnatal growth
from conception to 5 months when the head grows more than the body. This
cephalocaudal turned of growth that applies to the development of the fetus also
applies in the first months after birth. The proximodistal trend is the prenatal growth
from 5 months to birth when the fetus grows from the inside of the body outwards. The
proximodistal trned refers to the development of motor skills from the center of the
outwards.
