We first began our coffee shop business plan as a way to profit from our passion
and provide others in our community with a safe and friendly place to mingle and
share a trend coffee partnered with a delicious and sweet desserts.
The name of the business is “Bubble Buddies Coffee Shop’’ and it literally came from
the group of friends who got to name their friendship as bubble buddies and suddenly
planned out to have it name with their business.
Our coffee shop has grown quite substantially from these early beginnings through the
good and high income and today our shop provide more drinks but food as well.
People near the community need not just a cup of coffee and tea our pastries and
snacks, but also a place to meet comfortably, have a group discussion or just sat
quietly, work, and read.
We feel that the lesson we have learned from the coffee shop business we serve us well
as we go forward. Behind this coffee shops success is a group of friends namely ;
Maybel Gamboa, Jeraldine Bolivar, Marjuline Jara , Rey Jie Luntao who continue to run
the business, features a great deal of opportunity and making the business known in
the internet.
We feel that our business is uniquely positioned to profit from changes in the industry,
and we feel that our business can continue to beverage the expertise we have gained
into higher levels of profit and customer satisfaction.
The mission is not only to have a great tasting food but have efficient and friendly
service because customer satisfaction is foremost. We want to be the coffee shop
choice for all families and singles, young, and old, male or female. Everyone will be
equally important to our services including the employees.
INTRODUCTION
Bubble Buddies coffee shop just open its doors for business a little owner a month
ago. Business is good, and customers have been impressed with our offerings.
Differentiating ourselves from others more traditional coffee shops has given us the
ability to effectively compete by a unique blend of coffee.
The coffee shop side of the business is rapidly being accepted by the local community.
Student love to gather for bonding sessions, nearby seniors are getting glimpse of what
the coffee shops offers a local business people love to stop by for quick taste of coffee
and bite of sweet desserts.
Bubble buddies coffee shop is a face with exciting opportunity of being the first-mover
in the community. The consistent popularity of coffee, combine with a delicious taste of
dessert has been proven to be a winning concept in other markets.
All three target market or the bubble buddies coffee shop are growing at a relatedly
fast pace. Where face with a large number of potentials, customers and where offering
a good and satisfying coffee taste.
*Students continue to grow as a steady progress at nearly 6% .
*seniors are becoming an important part of the business growing at almost 10%.
* A local business people in the community nearby professional buildings continue to
add value, growing at 4%.
To make sure that our Coffee Shop run effectively, we should always analyze its
competitive analysis because it would help us identify potential and profitable
customers and to stay competitive against big companies. Bubble Buddies Coffee Shop
had its valuable Strengths that help it succeed. These strengths include: the demand
for coffee in a region is more and always growing, BB coffee shop would have many
product varieties apart from the hot coffee that would bring more customers, the other
amenities that our coffee shop provides TV, Wi-Fi, a discussion table, and etc.,we have
a well-trained baristas, and we also, provides a good customer service so that the
customers would keep coming quite often.
Also, we cannot avoid the fact that in Business Industry we have these weaknesses but
while we draft the weaknesses for our coffee shop, we made sure that we have a
critical eye to our coffee shop and project its deficiencies. While we are aware of our
coffee shop weaknesses, we ensure that we address them. This would ensure that our
coffee shops would be more successful. So far our coffee shop’s weakness is we have
poor customer confidence, doubt, and disturbance in new coffee shop. Since our coffee
shop is new, many people have not heard of our striking and delicious coffee flavours,
expressos, lattes, and coffee beans. So, we need to have proper marketing to be
established to ensure that our target audience is aware of our existence and products.
Few controls might not be in our hand and this section would give us an ideal place that
would see a threat for our business so that we can be prepared for it. For example, an

have better marketing strategies and techniques. And even any new coffee shops
emerging in our area who are already in this business are also a threat to our coffee
shop. That is why we need to improve the Market value of our shop. Sometimes a deep
analysis might be required for it.
The internet sensation has become a good partner for a growing business, letting
everyone know what the business all about and experience their original taste. People
like to communicate and share their coffee experience from an eye catchy coffee shop
and a comfortable place to gather and share this experience is becoming a real need.
Bubble buddies coffee shop will provide:
* A meeting place for business people interested in coffee,
* A perfect place for student and young people who’s fan of having a cup coffee while
studying
* A stopping point for travellers or local business people in need of quick rest.
Our business had invested an amount of 2.1 million a knew friend and family for a total
amount of 1m so were come up a total budget of 3.1 million for this business including
the lot and the shop itself.
Bubble buddies Coffee Shop was founded by a group of friends namely; Maybel
Gamboa, Jeraldine Bolivar, Marjuline Jar and Reyjie Luntao. Opening its first store in
2021 near the local community. The four coffee shop founders had things in common,
they all loved coffee and desserts. We invested and barrowed some money open the
first store and settle and named it “Bubble Buddies”
The Bubble Buddies Coffee Shop sources coffee beans locally from farmers from
Sagada, mountain Province and mount Apo. We put the spotlight on Philippine coffee.
Our coffee origins are a story of our culture. This is not your ordinary coffee house. It is
your coffee haven with an artsy vibe. We have a superb collection of brewing
apparatuses to manually hand-craft your coffee to suit your taste and liking.
OBJECTIVES
Students and young individuals became our Primary Target Market because they
are often the most number of people who became a coffee lover. Students are prone to
coffee addictions but in the safest way. As we all know, in today’s generation, coffee
became a good or even a best partner for students while studying their lessons, making
their projects and to young individuals who love to hang-out with a group of friends.
Our coffee shop is the best place for this primary target market to have while drinking
coffee responsibly.
Aside from the fact that they are truly a coffee drinkers, travellers and local
business people became our secondary target market because nowadays coffee shops
are most often place where meetings are held, best place for meet ups with the clients
and best stopping place for those travellers who wanted to take a quick rest from a
long and stressful ride. Travellers’ and local business people are truly a coffee drinkers
but they are just our secondary target market because they often drink coffee at home
or in their offices and travellers could even have coffees on their backpacks unlike to
those students or young individuals who primarily called “go with the trend young
ones”, and choose to buy a trend cup of coffee in a known coffee shops.
MARKETING STRATEGIES
The bubble buddies coffee shop began to grow successfully and its all because of the
strategies that we have done to come up a good profit, to share to people how unique
and original our product is, to use an applicable/affordable price to a specific product ,
to promote the said business and the product itself, and to see the improvement of the
distribution process every single day.
Product strategy
We always make sure to be knowledgeable in our product in types of coffee from
various flavors. We serve different coffees, teas, desserts and light lunches. We hand
craft our coffee to make our customers happy and satisfied. We also make coupons to
attract new customers or bring back customers who haven’t been inform a while. The
trick is to avoid irritating our loyal customers. Relationship is the key to success in the
business.
Pricing strategy
For our pricing we depend our price in the specific size, cup and its different flavours.
For small cup it cost ᵽ65.00, for medium it cost ᵽ85.00 and for the large it cost
ᵽ105.00. As much as customers look for quality, we always make sure that our product
has quality and affordable. Since pricing is so fundamental to the health of a business
we make sure the good profit that can’t affect to or customers lost.
Promotional mix
Since social media is very famous, this platform becomes the best way to advertise
our product to our future customers. We create information relevant to prospect’s
needs in order to attract those customers to purchase our product in our coffee shop.
We make blogs website of our coffee for blog review. We take two videos our product
and upload it to our different platform sites.
Distribution strategy
To begin, the coffee shop will operate one delivery truck with a third vehicle for special
deliveries between scheduled delivery days. For our coffee beans and other ingredients.
Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday, and will be strategically routed to
minimized travel time and fuel cost while maximizing production. On average we serve
20-30 accounts per day, with deliveries to each account twice a week.

Bubble Buddies Coffee Shop is one of the best Coffee Shops in their local
community for it provides a good and satisfying taste in the most affordable price. For
almost 3 months, the coffee Shop became trend that managed to maintain its good
profitability. Bubble Buddies Coffee Shop business shows that they are very innovative
and competitive since they got to maintain loyal customers who came back again and
again on their shop. This business has developed their products every month by the
help and ideas of the shop’s founder / owners.
One of the reason why Bubble Buddies Coffee Shop became one of the best is they
provide an original coffee beans produced by the farmers from Sagada Mountain
Province and Mount Apo. This coffee shop was the 192nd business shop that farmers
have to provide stocks of coffee beans every week. Today more than 200+ deliveries of
coffee beans are lead into many coffee shops in the Philippines.
Their marketing strategies had made them reach their business quota and reach
their goal income in just 3 months. Because they are really aware with their
surroundings, they got to have a good relationship with their customers and they tend
to be good and friendly employers to their employees.
Overall, Bubble Buddies Coffee Shop is in a good positioning in its market and
continues to make new improvements and get more ideas and plans about having new
branches not only in local markets but also in the most convenient and perfect places.
