-Evaluate each solution using the interests of those involved, accorded suitable priority, A quotation
from those words or phrases its all about Self, the self that you stand for yourselves, be a good doin,
good person and have a good personality that helps us to achieve our goals and dreams to our lives.

written without changing any of the words.
To which section of Article IV of the Code of Ethics does each quote relate?
-Section II , IV and V because it relates so much. In everyday life, you are confronted with the
challenges to do the right thing. When you are faced with professional decisions that seem to have
ethical implications, there are conditions and provisions of the Code of Ethics that will guide you to
determine the best actions. Teachers have the responsibility to push their learners to their full
potential and to develop their personality and my fellow student! we have the responsibility to interact
positively with parents, community members, and other stakeholders of the school. Contact with
parents must be conducted regularly and be kept professional and free from arguments. If you have an
issue with parents, community members, or stakeholders it must be presented during meetings and
conferences. Being a teacher you must recognize that education is a public service and strive to keep
the public informed of the programs, projects and activities.
Which of the six (6) quotations can relate through observed events of professional in you locality? Give
– Section V a brief description of such event/manifestation.
-Good better, best never let it rest until your good is better and your better is best.
It requires us to adopt the attitude of a lifelong learner, encourages us to recognize our strengths and
take steps to improve our skills, employing them in creative ways for better results, By pressing to be
better, we realize we can do much more then we thought we could. Good better best and never let it rest
is a motivating statement made. It says that we should be in ‘consistency’ and keep trying till we attain
perfection. We should not be satisfied with just the good part of anything but try our best to make it
perfect.
III-Abstraction:
As a teacher, you will be called upon to share your ideas or vision of teaching as noblest profession as part
of career guidance to perspective education student (high school graduates). Develop a short speech
encouraging students to take education as their colleges course stating the benefits/advantages as a person
and as a professional. Write this speech in a separate sheet complete the address to school heads/guests
and students or greetings before your main topic.
-Good morning, ladies and gentlemen , Heads, guests and also all students of Catanduanes National High
School, It is my pleasure to welcome everyone to our beautiful venue today. I’m Jayson Vargas and I’m looking
forward to talking with you today about EDUCATION encouraging students to take education as their colleges
course stating the benefits/advantages as a person and as a professional and to share your ideas or vision of
teaching as noblest profession as part of career guidance to perspective education student. So let’s start now,
Education is a procedure of learning where knowledge, skills, and habits move from one generation to the
other. Moreover, education is essential for the overall development of a human being. For instance, their
personal, social as well as the economic development of the country. If we talk about the importance of
education in our daily life, we have to admit that it improves our personal lives and helps in running the
societies smoothly by protecting everyone including ourselves from the harmful and unexpected events.
Education is very important for personal development as well as for the socio-economic development of our
country. Education is important for living life happily. Moreover, it empowers and motivates our mind to
conceive the good thoughts and ideas and grow our knowledge day by day. Moreover, education helps us in
acquiring new skills and techniques. Thus, it becomes effortless for us to do our daily life activities in the best
possible ways with maximum output and excellence. Education is necessary to raise a person’s standard of
living. As it gives us all the necessary goods and awareness about how we can increase our earnings with the
use of our brains and knowledge. Education is one of the most important and mandatory elements in the life
of a student. It helps the students to do analysis while making important decisions in life. Education is
essential for a student because after being educated enough, a student will be able to select a good career
option for them. So that they can succeed in life with the help of education. A good career provides the
students financial freedom and support along with mental satisfaction. The Education of the students helps
them in improving their communication skills. For instance, their speech, body language, and many other
elements present in the communication system. Education helps the students in using the technology in a
better way in this era of rapid technological development and transformation. As we all know that education is
the key element of everyone’s life today. Education has the value that helps in making people valuable and full
of knowledge. Education is necessary for the growth of life for everyone. It has the same value for everyone
equally. Everyone is having the right to learn. Without education, life can become so difficult and hard to
survive.
-I believe a good teacher, first, has a powerful faith in the future. Like the forester planting an oak seedling
knowing he or she will never see the tree in all its glory, I know I may never see the fruits of my labors as
teacher. My calling is to plant and nurture seeds that will grow and shape tomorrow. The good teacher knows
and understands students, how they develop and learn. I know that students actively construct and transform
their own knowledge based on past experiences and prior learning. I know that students do not all learn in the
same way or at the same rate. I believe it is my responsibility as a teacher to be an effective diagnostician of
students’ interests, abilities, and prior knowledge. I must then plan learning experiences that will both
challenge and allow every student to think and grow. I believe a good teacher must also understand
motivation and the effects of peer interactions on learning. I want all my students to achieve at high levels, so I
avoid sorting them and setting them up to compete with each other. I know most learning happens through
social interaction; therefore, I structure learning so that students productively collaborate and cooperate with
each other the vast majority of class time. The good teacher must know her subjects and how to help students
learn those subjects. I know the good teacher must have a deep appreciation of how knowledge is created in
the discipline, how it is organized and how it is linked to other disciplines. I use my knowledge of the discipline
to expose my students to modes of critical thinking, encouraging them to analyze, apply, synthesize, and
evaluate all they read and hear. I love the subjects I teach, and I know how to make them come alive for my
students. A good teacher cannot begin or continue to inspire learning without being a learner. The good
teacher must constantly learn what is new in the discipline. In fact, the good teacher often helps to create new
knowledge. To live this belief, I must continuously examine my teaching methods and find new ones. To
remain connected to my students, their lives and the schools in which they will practice their professions, I
must be a student of society and the constantly changing worlds in which students live. I eagerly and willingly
learn from my students as they learn with me. I believe a teacher is the most powerful of role models. I am
ever aware of the awesome obligation I have to “walk my talk” with my students. If I ask them to live their
values and beliefs, I must do the same. I expect the best — of myself and others — and, therefore, I usually get
the best. I try to treat all people with dignity and respect, and I expect my students to do so also. Despite
writing a teaching philosophy, I really prefer to think about learning and helping others learn as opposed to
teaching. I believe many of us have come to accept a working definition that teaching means giving
information, which I believe is only the beginning of teaching and certainly only a small part of learning. When
one gives information, it is so easy to equate learning with the memorization of that information.
Memorization is not always learning because learning requires thinking. I am beginning to understand that the
teacher’s greatest gift to the learner is helping the learner be motivated to think, and then to want to learn
more. I believe in the power of questions and questioning strategies to cause thinking. I constantly try to ask
questions for which there are no “right” answers. I constantly work to become a better “questioner” for the
effective use of questions is the most powerful strategy a teacher has to help students learn. Finally, I believe a
teacher lives to serve. A teacher is dedicated to learning, to his or her discipline, to his or her students, and to
making the future the best possible place for all of us to live. These are the challenges I accepted when I chose
to be a teacher. I remain committed to them.
It’s been an honor to be among such accomplished individuals and to be able to present my perspective
before you all, thank you so much and it’s been a pleasure being with all of you today, thank you again.

poor they cant afford that. Right teacher didn’t doing this kind of solicitation. Teachers do you job well. be responsible as a teacher
