Abstract:
Successful organizations that rely on the strategic human resources
management approach are mainly focused on the alignment of human
resources with the organization's strategy. where the human resource is the
strategic resource, which plays a key role in achieving the strategic
objectives of the organization and enable them to gain a competitive
advantage. Through this paper we will try to present and analyze some of
the models of strategic human resources management. which should be
taken with the attention and care of human resource management
