MEMORANDUM OF UNDERTAKING

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

This MEMORANDUM AGREEMENT is executed by and between:

SERAPION C. BASALO MEMORIAL COLLEGES, INC., a non-stock corporation, organized and


existing under the laws of the Republic of Philippines, with Principal office address at DURA TIBAS
ST., POBLACION, KIBLAWAN, DAVAO DEL SUR, duly represented by its Administrator MELODY CRIS
BASALO-LABUYO , hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY.

-and-

ALBARADO, ADELINA M. of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of Poblacion, Kiblawan, Davao
del Sur, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY,

WITNESSETH
1. That the FIRST PARTY shall provide official time to the SECOND PARTY to finish its GRADUATE DEGREE
and still provide teaching load to the SECOND PARTY during the duration of its studies.
2. That the SECOND PARTY promise to finish its MASTER OF ARTS IN EDUCATION (M.A.ED.) major in
Language Teaching on (specific date).
3. That in cases where the SECOND PARTY intents to have its academic break will inform the FIRST
PARTY on hand and may not have its teaching load on the COLLEGE DEPARTMENT for the semester it
intents to have academic break;
4. That the FIRST PARTY may request proof of enrollment and Certification of Units Earned every semester
to the SECOND PARTY;
5. That the FIRST PARTY may request proof of Completion of the Degree: MASTER OF ARTS IN
EDUCATION (M.A.ED.) major in Language Teaching and other credentials to the SECOND PARTY;
6. That both undertake to abide faithfully the provisions of the agreement.
