4th Grading Week 1 Op 1 Sci

The document describes two simulations of projectile motion. In the first simulation, with a speed of 60 and angle of 0, the x displacement increased to 296.93m while the y displacement decreased to 0m, implying horizontal motion and downward vertical motion. The horizontal velocity remained constant while the vertical velocity continued extending downward. In the second simulation, with a speed of 45 and angle of 30, similar displacements occurred while the vertical velocity was initially upward but then extended downward, implying an initial loss then gain of downward velocity.

INSTRUCTION: Input the given data into the Projectile simulator correctly and
start the simulation as soon as the correct data set. Observe the
motion of the object’s projectile as it moves along its trajectory.
You may click the replay/reset to watch and observe it again in a
closer manner.

Simulation no. 1
Data: SPEED: 60, ANGLE: 0, HEIGHT: 120
1.1. What happened to X displacement? It went from 0m to 296.93m

1.2. What does it imply? The Object moved forward from its original place

1.3. 2.1. What happened to Y displacement? It went from 120m to 0m

2.2. What does it imply? The Object descended downwards from its original place

3.1. What happened to Horizontal Velocity [Vx] (red arrow to right)? It remained the same throughout the duration
3.2 What does it imply? It will always remain constant throughout the duration.

4.1. What happened to Vertical Velocity [Vy] (red arrow downward)? It continued extending downwards throughout
the duration
4.2 What does it imply? It will constantly change every second because of the acceleration.

Simulation no. 2
Data: SPEED: 45, ANGLE: 30, HEIGHT: 120
1.4. What happened to X displacement? It went from 0m to 302.08m

1.5. What does it imply? The Object moved forward from its original place

2.1. What happened to Y displacement? It went from 120m to 0m

2.2. What does it imply? The Object descended from its original place

3.1. What happened to Horizontal Velocity [Vx] (red arrow to right)? It remained the same throughout the
movement
3.2 What does it imply? It will always remain constant throughout the duration.

4.1. What happened to Vertical Velocity [Vy] (red arrow downward)? The arrow was originally pointing upwards but
gradually extended downwards throughout the movement

4.2 What does it imply? The Object actually lost Vertical Velocity at first but gradually gained more of it as it
continued to accelerate throughout the movement.
