Non- conventional machining (NCM)/ Non Traditional(NTM)/ un conventional

Processes:

Introduction & classification:

 What is conventional and Non conventional machining

processes
conventional machining processes: conventionally used, used
from olden days. Eg: Lathe,drilling,
milling,shapping,broaching ,grinding etc.
5.Low tool life.
7. Harder and low cost material which is difficult to machined by
conventional method can be machined easily and low cost and
more durable product can be produced.
