people and human relationships in a workplace context is vital to the short-term and

This course deals with human behavior in organizations. Conceptual frameworks, case
discussions, and skill-oriented activities are applied to course topics which include:

assignments are intended to help participants acquire skills and analytic concepts to
improve organizational relationships and effectiveness.

a. Class Attendance and Participation:
Class attendance is mandatory (at 85% of classes) to qualify for grading as per university
policy. But I will grade you on the basis of your in time presence. So after taking
attendance of the class (usually in the beginning of the class), there will be no provision for
recording attendance.
29 b. Examination:
There is NO provision for make-up of missed classes and quizzes.
Additional Course Expect quiz on completion of each topic.
Policies c. Plagiarism
Any kind of (copying, cheating in exam and assignments) are strictly prohibited.

d. Assignment and Term Project:


Failure to submit the Assignments, Term Paper on the due date will result in 50%
deduction from the possible score.
