SWOT ANALYSIS

Strength

Our business is the very usual need of some peoples that uses technology like laptops, desktops,
or any kind of gadgets today. Most of the people commonly uses technology and they badly need some
technicians to solve their problems. Most of the jobs today are computer related specially those in some
big companies and us students and teachers are using it right now due to pandemic. Most of the people
are not really familiar with the new generation technologies and here we are with our business to help
those people who are in need.

Weaknesses

There are some parts of our business that makes our service slows down. The commonly issues
are online servicing for those people who doesn’t want to let us handle their gadgets and wants to do it
to their selves. Second is rainy seasons for those customers who wants us to be on-call duty that may
cause us to delay. Third is slow internet connection because most of the time, internet is the common
need of our business in order to download the files or software that our customers need. Basically, the
only weakness of our business are the things that only slows us or delays us down.

Opportunities

Our company could spread around the globe because most of the people around the world are
involved with computer technologies and gadgets. It would create a great income for us because many
people are still having trouble in using their gadgets and stuffs and here we are who could help them
with their problems, build a better and easier community.

Threat

The threats to our business are pretty plenty it is because plenty of experienced people are
doing the same as we do. There are few competitors around us. Also, those people who would not
understand the words that we are saying, and it might lead them to misinformation and
miscommunication then would end up to public humiliation.
