(THIS SCRIPT IS FOR VIDEO TOUR)

Ok, we have two formats of video tour, the first one is Recorded video, where you will be able to
watch house tours at your earliest convenience and play it in advance or rewind if you miss
something,
The second is a live video conference with the agent through google meet or zoom, so to speak,
where you can get a walkthrough in real-time and the good thing here is, you can ask any related
questions that can be answered right away, so what would you choose? a Recorded video or Live
video conference?

ALL THAT WE ASK

All that we ask, because as I mentioned we can show you houses as many as you want without
any pressure,
I mean if we have shown you houses and you pick one that you feel that on the money or the right
home for you, give us the privilege to help you buy it, does that sound fair?

HOW CAN I GET PRE-APPROVED?

I don’t exactly know all the requirements, but I can give you some, lenders gonna ask for
documentation about income, assets, bank statement, 2 or 3 years tax statement or tax return,
If you’re self-employed they gonna as more data if you work for the company they gonna ask a
little bit less. So far that’s all I know and I hope that helps you at least.

That’s a good question and a tough one, We’ll I wanna answer that on my own but I’m afraid I
couldn’t, not because I don’t know, it’s just that I wanna give you a perfect answer because,f what
we’re dealing with right now is a big financial decision in the future, and I want perfect for you,

5.) Tough Question Response :

That's a good question, I'd like to explain that to you, however, some question has an unstable
answer, I mean the answer I can provide right now could be changed during the appointment that
might lead to confusion, and of course, I don't want that to happen, so to avoid that, for the
meantime, my humble suggestion to you, is to gather all the questions you wanna ask and yeah,
we'll answer that during the appointment.
