RE:  FCL- FORWARDING CHARGES AT PORT KLANG

We are pleased to furnish our rates as per subject. Kindly find below quotation
for your perusal.

*Forwarding Fee : RM350 / CONTAINER.


*Custom Documentation : RM75 for 1st set
: (Subsequent @ RM 10.00 per set)
*EDI Charges : RM30 per SET
*Handling Charges : RM100 per container
*Custom Examination : RM75 per container
*EFT Charges : RM15 per transaction
Collection/courier of docs : RM 50.00 per courier.
*Custom Attendance : Will be charged if number of attendance
exceeds more than twice at a quantum
off RM 50.00 per trip
Haulage (PKL-Port Dickson) : RM 2795.00 per container
Stagging : RM 350.00 per container
Depot Gate charge : RM 40.00 per container
Duty / SST (if incur) : As Per receipt
Port Storage (if incur) : As Per Receipt

a) Terminal Handling Charges :RM 475.00/20’ container
b) Documentation :RM 230.00 per set
c) Edi :RM 36.00 per transaction

1. ***Shipping Charges will be billed at cost. Unless charges are paid upfront by
Consignee directly to Shipping liner, otherwise additional 10% of the said value
will be charged as our handling charge in our billing to you.
2. ***All storage charges to be paid upfront prior to container being trucked out
from port. (for any storage / demurrage /detention incurs).
3. All container deposit to be furnished by Consignee as per shipping line
gazettes. Refundable upon no damages when MT cntrs is returned to Depot.
4. Demurrage / detention: RM 100.00/20’ per container per day (1-3 days)
RM 150.00/20’ per container per day (4-7 days
RM 200.00/20’ per container per day (7 days onwards)
 Quotation Validity: end March 2021
 Subject to change without prior notice in accordance to the AHM implementation

COST FOR WORK AT SITE: -


1)To provide forklift, crane with operator at Port Dickson site Aquas Telok
Kemang, with delivery our equipment thru & fro and manpower.

a) Price – RM 800.00 per day / 3 tons forklft with driver / 8hours work / 1hour
break / over time RM 100.00 / per hour.

b) Price – RM 1,750.00 per day / 10 tons forklift with driver / ----Same as the
above --- / over time RM200.00 / per hour.

c) Price – RM 4000.00 / delivery 3 & 10 ton forklift , 10 ton crane together from
our yard to Port Dickson to & fro to site.

d) Price – RM1500.00 per day / 10 tons city crane / 8hours work / 1hour break /
over time  RM200.00 / per hour

e) Price – RM 350.00 per manpower skill worker / 8hours work / 1hour break / over
time RM 70.00 / per hour.

Note: Kindly ensure that working site are to be in good road conditions able for
forklift movement. Your co-operation is much appreciated.
