(Interim Birth Registration Number (IBRN) will be used only for the purpose of
issuing a Machine Readable Passport (MRP)

(Only Bangladesh Citizen can apply for IBRN who has valid Bangladesh Passport)

Requirement of Interim Birth Registration Number (IBRN)

1) Duly filled-in Application Form in English with all Block Letters,


(Please check properly the spelling of every word before submitting the IBRN Form);

2) Valid Bangladesh Passport with photocopy of first seven pages;

3) Payment of applicable fees (US$ 6.00) through Money Order or Bank Certified
Cheque.

Submission time: 9:30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. in any working day


Pick-up time: 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. in the next working day
