❖ Project Planning and Co-ordination [July 2014 – Dec 2017]


➢ Involved in co-ordination with EPCC from client side for project planning and for ensuring
necessary compliances as per project specifications.
➢ Part of the team responsible for co-ordination with EPCC/PMC related to document revisions,
raising and resolving construction related punch points, vendor/third party line up,pre
commissioning and commissioning activities.
➢ Involved in co-ordination with project management consultant and contractors to envisage
progress of project as per baseline schedule. Also, prepared catch-up schedule/micro schedule in
case of lag.
➢ Arranged and coordinated interface meetings with multiple contractors and varied engineering
disciplines to gauge project schedule and resolve conflicts if any.
➢ Part of the team responsible for co-ordination with statutory authorities like Gujarat pollution
control board, Petroleum and explosives safety organization.
➢ Part of the team responsible for successful ISPS and MTMSA audit.
➢ Involved in preparation of daily progress report at construction and pre commissioning stage.
➢ Monitored and tracked daily, weekly and monthly reports of contractors.
➢ Assisted planning department for clearing of invoices based on work breakdown schedule and
verifying same by progress reports.
➢ Involved in forming proposals for procurement of material other than supplied by EPCC.
➢ Referring various clauses of contract copy in case of clarification and conflict with EPCC.
❖ Project Quality Control
➢ Witnessed and inspected various project activities from client side. These activities include
different construction stages of LNG Storage tank (1,60,000 cub. meter), Regasification
Facilities(5MMTPA), Sea water intake facilities and Jetty trestle construction (1.1 Km).
➢ Part of the DCS (Honeywell Experion) Factory acceptance test inspection team from client side.
➢ Witnessed laboratory test for integrity of project materials such as soil testing, concrete trial mix,
rebar strength test and cryogenic valve testing.
➢ Maintained records of all inspection and testing activities.
❖ Pre-commissioning & Commissioning [Jan 2018 – Feb 2020]
➢ Led a team consisting of three members for pre-commissioning of various process and utility
systems.
➢ Compiled checklist for various system and sub system from client side to ensure system
conformity check.
➢ Verified all interlock and logic checking from DCS based on approved P&ID, cause/effect matrix
and HAZOP recommendations.
➢ Commissioned 5 MMTPA LNG regasification terminal. Part of team responsible for cooldown of
terminal , commissioning cargo unloading and start up of critical equipment for regasified LNG
for sendout.
❖ LNG Terminal operations [Jan 2019 – Present]
➢ Currently handling operations of LNG terminal as DCS panel operator since 3 years and additional
shift in charge since 1 year.
➢ Handled various plant emergencies as shift in charge.
➢ Involved in technical proposal and procurement job.
➢ Developed various standard operating procedures for safe and efficient operation of LNG
Terminal.
