Reflection

It is said that because teachers are overloaded with work, they usually frown on the conduct
of research. Reflect on the consequences of this attitude. What can be done to prevent this? Write
your reflection here.

Since, that teachers are capable with doing such research but some are losing interest
because they are tended to conduct a research even, they have a lot of duties, responsibilities and
they are overloaded with work as well and I think this might be a stress to them so making time
for research is such a challenge.
Nowadays, it is difficult to manage time because we are all bombarded with load of
works and requirements to do and the burden is already there since teachers are doing their best
to teach with new normal at the same time with research, but doing research is more complicated
because it takes a weeks and month for them to finish. And I think, the only way to prevent this
is to make your time managed (time management) or multi-tasking. They can set a to do list and
make their schedule in doing such works so they can be easily done because goals are already
settled but execute it by managing their time well. I know teachers are just an amazing and
flexible because they can do stuffs even, they were so busy but still making way just to make
sure they finish what they are doing. Just think that conducting research is also beneficial for
them because This enables them to try out new ideas, to share results with others, and to
contribute to the growing evidence-base around teaching and learning, increase their skills of
analyzing and solving problems, aside from that, it improves their teaching and has its impact to
the development of teaching professionalism. It seems like stressing part but try to look its
brighter side.
Teachers are the ones who molds our society by conducting research to improve, develop
and looking for the solution of different problems even though there’s a lot of factors affecting it.
But as their responsibility, they need to. And it’s worth it by the fact that they can contribute
though its tiring and sometimes they usually frown conducting research.
