1. The experiment aimed to determine resistance of a given wire by plotting a graph between potential difference (V) and current (I). 2. Readings of V and I were recorded for different positions of the rheostat. The length of the wire was also measured. 3. The graph plotted between V and I was found to be a straight line, confirming the Ohm's law relationship. The resistance of the wire was calculated from the graph.
