1. Students should spend AT LEAST 12 hours / week to perform any task related to your FYP works.

2. Students should meet supervisor AT LEAST 5 TIMES during the semester. FAIL TO ATTEND, GRADE F will
be given to the respective students.

3. Every task should be VERIFIED BY SUPERVISOR OR THIRD PARTY (other lecturer or technician).
i. If you spent your time meeting with supervisor or co-supervisor or other lecturer,
the person you meet should verify the activities done.

ii. If the works was done associated with lab/workshop usage, the person that
should verify your works is the technician incharged of the lab/workshop.

iii. For activities done on your own (individual or group), the task should be verified
by your Supervisor.

4. Every task done should be RECORDED WITH HOURS OF TIME SPENT for the activities.

5. If there is any attachment (sketches/rough calculation/photos/ect) as EVIDENT OF YOUR ACTIVITIES DONE,


please compile the attachment with this weekly progress performance record (log sheet).

6. All this 1 – 17 weeks record (log sheets + attachment) should be COMPILED TOGETHER.
