Controllable and Non-Controllable Factors

Proximity to the market – It opens at 8 AM in the morning just in time for

breakfast for travelers as well as college students who go to school on time and

as well as workers and travelers who always cross the street National Highway

before entering in the heart of Tacurong City.

Supply of materials - The supply of materials will be delivered every 2 weeks

and those 2 weeks span of stock delivered will be ensured that the products
stays fresh by a great use of freezers and preservation materials since almost all

our stock are reservable and are ready to be used any time.

Transportation Facilities – as stated the products or stocks will be delivered in

a timely fashioned 2 times every month to ensure the stocks aren’t spoiled or

over aged inside the freezer. And the method used for transportation is road,

because our business partner in providing goods to our restaurant is Tacurong

Fitmart which is 850m away from our shop, with these we can save up on

transportation cost and be delivered goods immediately when needed.

Infrastructure available – CatchMeRamen uses both technology base and

machine base to properly work but everything inside can also be considered man

handed in case a power outage occurs but that is rather unlikely because just

250m away from CatchMeRamen is the city’s electricity supplier SUKELCO

Labor Wages and Laws – Wages are true for our employees they are pair with

a bare above minimum wage for their professional fees, and that also applies for

taxes.
weather forecast in Tacurong city’s

climate states that 80% of the

month is mostly sunny and since

that our delivery environment is 2

times a week, at the start of the

month and mid-month makes the

rate for climate problems are highly

unlikely for deliveries for be

interrupted

Production Process Flow

The delivery flow start from Tacurong fitmart where less the location in not

less than 1 km away from the restaurant. Approximately 5 minutes of travel.

Goods will be deposited automatically and stored to the storage room.

As the day starts, janitors will conduct a light clean up like cleaning the

table and floors. Then the chef and kitchen helper will prepare the ingredients

and after several minutes they can take the customers order. After making the

order the kitchen helper is the one who will bring the food to the customer.

Since the source of Stock is nearby the delivery process will be only twice a

week with the cost of ₱29,576+₱4,000=₱33,576 per 2 weeks, the delivery

location and route also affects the delivery time but since the route is fairly near it

will not cost as much as ordering from a factory fairly far away.
