color)
or: 900 ×256line(monochromatic)or 900 ×128line(double color)
Scanning field frequency:150Hz
Total storage:standard 4MB,the maximum 8MB
Other technical indicators with type I cards.
Chapter two:Installation dimensions

The shape and size of type I,II cards are shown in the figure below:
Chapter three:Interface

3.1 Power supply

The control card used 5±5%V power supply. The polarity is indicated by the
power supply terminal.

3.2 Indicator light

Marked with ‘PWR’ is the power indicator, through the power of the
control card after the lights.
Marked with ‘SW’ is the tail indicator, which indicator that the control
card output signal to the display, and the outlet labeled ‘SW’ has power
output, which can be used to control the screen body solid relay.
Marked with ‘SW1’ is the SW1 control output indicator, which means that
the sockets marked ;SW1’ have power output, and can be used to control switch
solid relay to achieve other auxiliary functions.
Marked with ‘R’ is the COM1 communication receive indicator, indicating
that COM1 receives date.
Marked with ‘T’ is the COM1 communication sending indicator, indicating
that COM1 is sending date.

3.3 Serial port

COM1 is the main communication serial port of the control card, can be
configured as RS232 or RS485 communication mode. When configured as RS232
communication mode,support RS232 standard 9 pin three wire RS232
interface,namely receive 2 feet,3 feet to send,5 feet to the ground;when
configured as RS485 communication mode, the 2 feet are A,three feet are B,5 feet
are the ground.
In addition, the control card also has the serial COM2 interface card for
sensor, support the standard 9 pin three wire RS232 interface, the connection
methods are explained in the sensor documents of our company.
Serial port communication support the baud rate :
9600,19200,38400,57600,115200。

3.4 Ethernet interface

Some types of CL3000 have a standard RJ45 network interface,rate of 10M.

3.5 Blanking polarity selection

Marked with “OE” three needle jump line dedicated to adapt to different
blanking polarity display driver board. When the short circuit is inserted on
the inserted on the side of the marked “1”,output control card ”OE” signal
high effective(high electrical usually lights up);when the short circuit is
inserted on the side of the marked “0” ,the “OE” signal output of the
control card is low level valid(low electrical usually lights up).

3.6 Control output

When the SW and SW1 have output, close to the terminal connect on the edge
of the control card circuit board, the “-” control end of the solid state
relay, the “+” control terminal of the terminal connect on the inside of the
control card circuit board. The wiring diagram is as follows:

3.7

Brightness sampling
Brightness sampling used to automatically adjust the brightness of display
screen.
Photosensitive resistance(free options)provided with the control card on
the link labeled BRT,place the photosensitive resistance on the outside of the
screen, and select automatic adjustment in the software, according to the
external light can be realized automatically adjust the brightness of the
display screen.

3.8 Temperature,humidity sampling

Temperature and humidity sampling interface to collect date to the
requirements in the design of clock layout according to temperature or humidity
value.Temperature sampling results can also be used for the automatic control
panel power supply and SW1(general outdoor screen is used to control the
cooling device),the control function is designed to protect the outdoor screen.

Temperature sensor DS18B20,for HF3223 humidity sensors(temperature and

humidity sensor are optional).Sensor and control card wire shall not be longer
than 0.5 meters.Connection, please note the power polarity, inversely connect the
power supply can damage the sensor.

3.9 Test jumper

The jumper labeled TST is the [test]jumper.Short-circuit [test]jumper, and
then get back to electric control card, control card will be forced to enter the
test state.
In the test status, switch screen time is invalid, brightness adjustment is
invalid.LED screen display test images respectively, which can be used to assist
hardware setup,or display maintenance.
In the test status, the COM1 reverts to the default setting, that is the
communication rate is 38400,and the screen number is 0.

Chapter four:The interface definition

The signals of the type I and II cards 50 lines are defined as follows:
