 Responsible for all the inspection , Supervision of all the construction stages of 132/11.5
KV (GIS) indoor, modification substation include the following
 Inspection of incoming material as per LESCO, Purchase order and Supplier provided
guide line.
 Local Purchases material inspection as per Purchase request.
 Close all site instruction / Punch point’s daily basis raised by NLC and Consultant.
 Inspection for ear thing of cable tray 500 mm2 cu. Conductor and 11.5 Kv switch Gear
240 mm2 Cu. Conductor.
 Installations of earthing flat bar 40 x 6 mm2.
 Installation of testing of 03 Nos NER Neutral Earthing Resistor at basement +250 level.
 Inspection for earthing of all S/S equipment with 240 mm2 Cu. Conductor.
 Installation of metal clad bus duct for connection between 11.5 KV switch gears.
 Erection, testing commissioning 03 sets of 11.5 KV metal clad switch gear. Vaccum type
circuit breaker, ground switches and metering panel.
 Erection ,testing commissioning of 40 MVA 02 no power T/F 132/11.5 KV 3winding 3
phase 60 HZ with OLTC local and remote control cabinet and protection and metering
devices.
 Installation of 02 no Aux T/F 500 KVA,60HZ,Dyn11 (Max 722Amp )
 Laying and termination, testing of 110 KV XLPE power cable from H V sides of all
power T/F to 110 KV GIS equipments.
AC Auxiliary power supply

 Installation testing commissioning of 02 no panel, AC distribution panel 3 phase 480 V


220 V dry type power transformers, lighting distribution panel for lighting.
DC Auxiliary power supply

 Installation testing commissioning of 110 V DC Auxiliary power supply system for


station load such as 110 KV and 11.5 KV switch gear control RTU, alarm indication

 Two(2) bays of 220 KV consisting of
a) Six (6) 220 KV SF6 Breakers.
b) Sixteen (16) 220 KV disconnecting
c) Eighteen 220 kv C T
d) 10 CVT and CCVT
 Protection panel transformers, bus bar and transmission line.
 Metering panel for transformers and transmission line.
 Two (2) 140 MVA, 220/132 KV Transformers.
 Extension in existing AC/DC System.
 Extension in grounding system.

Worked in WAPDA GSO (Grid system Operation) as a in charge and Issuer of PTW at 132
KV sub stations.
 Issuer of PTW 11KV out going feeder for shut down and periodic maintenance.
 Issuer of PTW 132KV out going circuits and Incomer circuits for shut down and periodic
maintenance after approval the all operations RCC Islamabad.
 Issuer of PTW 132KV T/F circuit breakers and CTS,PTS D/S,
 Inspected and maintain the weekly and monthly report of 110V lead acid battery (specific
gravity, voltage per cell and electrolyte level of battery banks) .
 Clear the punch points which raised by shift staff at daily.
 Electrification of multistory buildings. (MPA Hostel ,phase 1,phase 2,phase 3)
 Installation of fire alarm system.
 Installation of telephone system
 Installation of public address system.
 Installation of substation equipment’s.
Worked as Telecomm Engineer in PTCL Lahore, Pakistan from 2005 to 2006.

 Commissioning of newly installed and existing BTS.
 Alignment and cross connection for newly installed and existing sites.
 Installation of new sites on turnkey bases including civil work.
