I have joined the company as a marketing executing.The company officials trained me about
how to do marketing of the packages /products offered by the organization. I have learned
several things regarding marketing throughout thistraining periods. They also trained me on the
software to be used by us.
I have worked with the seniors of marketing team where I was trained about how to practically
interact with the client and the methods to be used to sell the products offered by Just Dial.
I have worked on the various softwares provided by the organization to use for
the work.
I have been trained on the various software such as Geniolite, HR Lite, Just Dial Business App,
JD Mart.
Call Pitch was provided by the company officials for talking with clients.
Training on several other things were provided to ensure smooth workflow. They also trained
me on search tips & tricks & tools that are necessary while working.

Role & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities
As this was the first time I was working as a marketing executive there are a few
challenges that I have faced. My seniors were very helpful & guided me to handle these
1. There were circumstances were it was difficult to handle certain client who were not getting the response as per
there expectation.
2. Understanding the customer needs and providing the relevant package suitable for their business.
3. I have never used the software with multiple services which needs technical knowledge. So this
was another issue which I faced.
However, with the help of proper training & continuous support & guidance of my senior I
was able to overcome these difficulties within 1-2 months & were able to give good quality
Talking about the organization, one thing that is most noticeable is their corporate culture.
They are the market leader right now and will be maintaining their position at the first place.
