A Perfect Education System

Education is imperative for individual and societal prosperity. The knowledge learned in

various formal learning stages enables people to clearly and logically understand the world. The

skills and competencies imparted in school allow individuals to engage in various professions,

thereby generating income to support their livelihoods, families, and communities. Besides

knowledge and skills, education enables people to develop unique capabilities vital to participate

in higher responsibilities, such as the growth of positive doctrines, such as leadership and

spirituality. However, such outcomes are only possible if ideal education systems are in place. A

perfect education system recognizes and responds to differences in learners' abilities, provides a

range of options, and contributes, directly and indirectly, to social growth and progress.

An ideal education system acknowledges variance in learners' abilities and designs

instructional and vocational strategies to participate in learning thoroughly. Just as in society,

schools comprise individuals with unique strengths and weaknesses influencing their learning

differently. A perfect education system is responsive to the unique students' learning needs in

both instruction and assessment. An ideal school or classroom plans instruction and assessment

cycles to determine the extent of learning by each student (What is the ideal education system,

2004). Moreover, it anticipates tailored solutions to recurring challenges that impact teaching and

learning. For example, different exams and certifications at varying levels based on identified

individual learning ability promotes effective learning throughout a school. Therefore, an ideal

education system determines best-fit capabilities for their learners and tailor pedagogical

strategies to ensure positive learning outcomes.

development and implementation should be flexible enough to allow learners optimal choices

based on their abilities, not to encourage competition. In exemplary education systems in Europe,

educators are encouraged to use learning resources and strategies outside those recommended by

the government (What is the ideal education system, 2004). Such approaches allow learners to

learn what they prefer best and apportion more time for their favorite subjects. Ultimately, such a

system encourages and promotes specialization rather than produce learners with considerable

insight in various disciplines and less specialty. A perfect education system provides minimum

requirements for learners in many subjects and the room to prioritize and learn the subjects they

prefer.

A perfect education system contributes to societal progress by promoting knowledge and

skills that foster growth and progress in society. As an imperative in cultural advancement,

education should produce individuals with the potential to influence positively arts, literature,

science, technology, and other fields that contribute to establishing well-rounded and stimulating

communities (Education and its Benefits, 2018). A proper education system provides increased

education opportunities that, in turn, generate social progress directly or indirectly (Aithal and

Aithal, 2015). besides professional and vocational skills and knowledge, schools should help

develop civic skills that enable meaningful participation in learners' socio-economic and political

life.

A perfect education system should recognize student's inherent learning strengths and

weaknesses, provide a significant option range, and contribute to social growth and progress. In

such a set-up, learners should be allowed the autonomy to test their abilities against different

pedagogical models and to apportion more time to the disciplines they prefer. In the long-term,

they socialize and become productive professionally. Additionally, the instructional and learning

strategies employed in schools operating in an ideal system should produce individuals with

adequate civic skills and knowledge to participate meaningfully in social progress. Overall, a

perfect education system is flexible, responsive, and liberal.
