Introduction
The impact of cellphones is mixed on human behaviour, someone say it has a positive impact
and another negative impact. Cellphones can highly have affected by the young generation all over
the world. Cellphones are essential part of human life all over the world. From develop to developing,
developing to under developed countries are affected by the cellphone usage, each and every corner
of this universe.in every single minutes we are using our cellphones for various purpose.
The cellphone, now the most widely used medium in Asia, has major educational implications.
Most users, however, do not realize the cellpone’s potential for education, nor even for the
communication function for which it was originally designed. Most educators still see the computer
and cellphone as unrelated device, and the tiny cellphone more as personal accessory, specially for
young people. With falling price and increasing functionality, however, it is virtually certain that not too
far from feature all of the worlds students will have a cellphone. This is sufficient reason and
motivation for educators to explore the possibility of making the cellphone an important tool in the
educational systems of development in developing countries.
Today, cellphone is a very important part not only in developed countries but alsoin
developing countries. In every single moment there is a need of cellphones. From down to dusk,
cellphones are most with us specially in students. Along with their book and school supplies, many
younger students make their daily trip to school with their cellphones. Cellphones connects student to
one another, to educational purpose, and to a potential host of distructions.
One of the features of cellphones which make it more appealing to the public is its capacity to
stay connected in the internet. The target market of this cellphones are mostly students since this
technology for youngsters serve as their playmates too. Internet, indeed, has been part of students
life in todays generation. The presence of cellphones produce both opportunities and challenges for
todays student. Cellphones can be a helpful academic tool or a hurtful academic destruction
depending upon the attitude and use pattern of the students and the policies of the school that they
attend.
Cellphones are undeniably convenient. Because of cellphones, student never have to look for
a payphone or wonder about the location of a friend. While useful, many of the features of cellphones
can also be used to engage in appropriate behaviours. Taking inappropriate pictures and then
“sexting” them to a boyfriend or girlfriend is a growing problem. This pictures often end up in the
wrong hand, which leads to others gaining access to the private photos. Once distributed, sexted
photos are almost impossible contain. The presence of these racy photos can limit the teens option in
the future and severely mark their reputation.
Statement of the Problem
The focus of this study is determining the impact of cellphones in the behaviour of the Senior
High School students in Narra National High School, especially this study will seek to answer the
following questions;
The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of cellphones in the behaviour of the
Senior High School students in Narra National High School in reducing the negative usage of
cellphones in their behaviour . the result of this study are deemed significance to the following;
Senior High School students- The outome of this study can be used as a basic to help them
determine the useful and non-useful usage of their cellphones.
Senior High School teachers- What the Senior High students learned about this study will
affect their teachers because when their students finally knows how to use their cellphones positively,
they won’t exhaust their selves forcing their students to avoid being addicted negatively to their
cellphones.
Parents- The outcome of this study will help Parents teach their children easily without having
them being occupied by their cellphones.
This study is limited only to determine the impact of the cellphones in the behaviour of the
Senior High School students in Narra National High School. The respondent of this study are the
selected Senior High School students.
This study will be conducted at Narra National High School on the 2 nd semesterof school year
2019-2020.
Definition of Key Terms
Cellphone- It is a small wireless device that has at least the same function of a standard
wired telephone but is smaller and has more functions. A cellphone requires a subscription to a
service provider and requires either a prepaid or monthly billing setup. Generally they have more
functions than traditional land lines and need to be charged after a period of time. Also called mobile
phone or mobile device.

STUDENTS
This figure shows the relationship between the independent variable in the dependent
variable. The independent variable of this study is the cellphone while the dependent variable is the
behaviour of the Senior High School students.
CHAPTER III
Research Design
The type of our research is qualitative, which means, there is no counting of numbers. The kind
of study that we will conduct is purposive sampling because it is a form of non-probability sampling in
which researchers rely on their own judgement when choosing their respondents. The methodology
will include narrow interview to specify the impact of cellphones in the behaviour of the Senior High
School students in Narra National High School.
Research Instrument
The data to determine the impact of cellphones in the behaviour of the Senior High School
students in Narra National High School will be obtain from the structured interview questions.
The interview questions will be prepaired by the researchers which is comprised of five(5)
questions regarding the impact of cellphones in the behaviour of the Senior High School students in
the Narra National High School for the school year 2019-2020.
1. How can you say that you are using your cellphone wrongly?
2. What are the activities that you can do to replace your addiction towards your cellphone?
3. Does your cellphone provides a positive effect in your behaviour? What are those?
4. How can you remain the positive effect of your cellphone in your behaviour?
A title proposal will be done for the approval of the research study. As soon as the title
proposal will be approved by the research adviser, she will then guide the researchers in the writing of
the research proposal.
The researchers then will seek permission to conduct study from the school head of Narra
National High School. After obtaining permissions, the researchers will prepare the research proposal
and defend it. Revisions will be done after the proposal defense.
To examine the participants response, qualitative data analysis will be used in the study. The
presentation of data will be made in textual form and it will analyse in logical sense which include a
set of response in accordance with the order of the statements of the problem.
Research Assumption
The researchers assume that the respondents will be able to answer the following questions
regarding to the impact of cellphones in the behaviour of the Senior High School students in reducing
the negative effect of cellphones and giving an additional information about the awareness of the
useful usage of cellphones.

Ang pananliksik na ito ay naglalayon na malaman ang epekto ng social media sa konsentrasyon sa pag-aaral ng baiting
labing-isa ng Senior High School sa mataas na paaralan ng Narra National High School.
Layunin ng pag-aaral
Layunin ng pag-aaral na ito ang malaman ang pananaw ng mga-aaral tungkol sa epekto ng Social Media sa
konsentrasyon sa pag-aaral ng baiting labing-isa ng Senior High School na mataas na paaralan ng Narra National High
Schol.
Ano-ano ang mga dahilan kung bakit naaapektuhan ng Social Media sa konsentrasyon sa pag-aaral ng
mga studyante?
Paano naapektuhan ng Social Media ang konsentrasyon ng mga mag-aaral ng baiting-isa ng Senior High
School sa mataas na paaralan ng Narra?
Ano ang dapat alternatibong Gawain ng mag-aaral upang mabawasan ang konsentrasyon nila sa Social
Media?
Kaligiran ng Pag-aaral
Ang kaligiran nito ay maipakita ang malaking epekto sa konsentrasyon sa pag-aaral, mahalaga ring malaman ang mga
hakbang o paraan upang malaman at maisakatuparan ang pagbibigay pansin sa epekto ng Social Media sa mag-aaral.
Saklaw ng pananaliksik na ito na magkaroon ng kasagutan sa aming mga katanungan.Ang sakop lamang ng pag-aaral na
ito ay ang piling seksiyon sa Senior High School sa Narra National High School.Ito ay lalahukan lamang ng isang seksiyon
sa SHS ng NNHS.Saklaw nito ang ikalaang semestre ,S.Y2019-2020.
