A value chain is a business model that outlines the full range of activities needed to create a product or
service. The purpose of a value-chain analysis is to increase production logicality so that a company can
deliver maximum value for the least possible cost.

Amazon is an ecommerce business, which focus on digital steaming. It provide users purchasing solution
for their registered business of any size. Basically amazon have two kind activities in their value chain.
Those are primary activates and supporting activities.

Collaboration is the working practice for individuals to works together for a common purpose to go to
business benefit. Collaboration is a powerful tool for business owners. Collaboration helps to grow the
business network. By collaboration people can solve their problem faster, they can breakdown all of
barriers they face. When an unformed group of individuals comes together to work on a common goal, it
takes longer to start and complete. However, the whole storyline changes when a well collaborative
group of individuals work together. The whole process accelerate and the final outcome is much better

A collaboration tool helps people to collaborate. The purpose of a collaboration tool is to support a
group of two or more individuals to accomplish a common goal or objective. In today’s world, social
media is the best management tool. There are apps like zoom, gomeeting, slake, Webex. Which are best
for communicating with the team. There are also some tools to manage the project and task. Proofhub,
