INVESTMENT AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Investment Agreement is entered into this _________at Tagaytay


City, Province of Cavite, Philippines by and between:

ROSALYN VALLES RODELAS, Filipino citizen, of legal age, and with


residence and postal address at 6075 Magdalo, Putol, Kawit, Cavite
hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

JONNA O. PORTA & LINRIE O. MANZO, of legal ages, Filipino


citizens, with present business address at Megaland Property Management
Services, P. Burgos Street, Poblacion I, Alfonso, Cavite, hereinafter referred
to as the SECOND PARTIES.

WITNESSETH:
That the SECOND PARTIES are duly registered owners of a business
enterprise MEGALAND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES and is into
property management services;

That the FIRST PARTY is aware of the business of the SECOND


PARTIES and is interested to invest in the undertaking of the latter;

That the PARTIES have agreed to voluntarily entered into an


INVESTMENT AGREEMENT to substantiate its terms and conditions which will
embody the intents of BOTH PARTIES;

THEREFORE, in lieu of the abovementioned circumstance, all PARTIES


hereunto enter into an INVESTMENT AGREEMENT with the following
stipulations:

1. That the total investment of the FIRST PARTY is Php 600,000.00;


2. That the term of the investment agreement is for a period of one
year starting on March 26, 2021 and will end on March 30, 2021;
3. That BOTH PARTIES agreed that the investment will earn a
monetary interest equivalent to 5 % of the total amount, i.e. Php
30,000.00 every month for 12 months to be secured by postdated
checks given simultaneously with this INVESTMENT AGREEMENT;
4. That the principal amount invested will be returned in full at the end
of the agreed period subject to renewal or extension of the
agreement but such will be covered by a separate document
embodying new terms;
5. Should the FIRST PARTY wished to terminate the INVESTMENT
AGREEMENT prior to the expiration of the contract, a one (1) month
notice should be given by the FIRST PARTY so as to adequately
prepare for the cash, and all unused checks representing interests
shall be returned to the SECOND PARTIES;
6. The PARTIES understands that in the event of non-compliance or
non- fulfillment of the obligation of either parties may be a ground
for the filing of legal remedies, both criminal and civil, before courts
or administrative bodies

This Agreement is hereby entered into in good faith and without any
intention to deceive and defraud and that this instrument is voluntarily and
knowingly agreed upon by herein parties.

executed and signed the foregoing MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT and they
acknowledge to me that the same is their free and voluntary act and deed
and those of the parties whom they represent.

This instrument refers to an MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT consists of


TWO (2) pages, including the page on which this acknowledge is written,
and has been signed by the parties and their instrumental witnesses on each
and every page thereof.
