Detailed Lesson Plan in principle of Management for Grade 12

I. OBJECTIVES

At the end of the lesson, the student shall be able to:

1. identify the function of the manager

2. perform the internal responsibility of the manager

student to allow them communicate and increase their motivations to deal different kinds of people.

LESSON PROPER

Class, today we will discuss the different

function of the managers, or shall we say their

respective responsibility in a certain company

or in a business. Ok class here are the

following function of the managers:

1. According to Reitz, Managers generally

Work for long hours, their days are broken up into

a large number of brief and varied activities, they

interact with large number of different people,

they do little reflective planning and spend most of

their time engaged in oral communication. They

spend a lot of time getting, giving and processing

information.

Explanation:

It means class that the manager, as we can see,

other would tell that managers are doing nothing

but a Big no! What a big challenge to them on how


their company will grow, they even thinking about

the excesses Of their time spent in their duties, we

cannot all their transactions.


2. Managers work with and through other

people. Managers work with internal

(subordinates, supervisors, peers) as well as

external groups (customers, clients, suppliers,

Union representatives etc.) in order to achieve

Corporate goals. They integrate individual efforts

into teamwork. They plan things, create a

structure, motivate people and achieve goals.

With their teams like supervisors and those

mentioned above. See? What a big challenge to

principle of the company.

3. Managers are politicians:

Explanation:

Managers must develop healthy

relationships with various groups

in order to achieve the goals smoothly. They may

have to nurture groups and join certain coalitions

within a company. They often draw upon such

relationships to win support for their proposals

and decisions.

So managers will work also win the heart of

those great names in the public like politicians so

that their company or business will create name to

the public with the help of any activity that has the

support with the politicians.


4. Managers are diplomats:

Explanations:

Managers serve as official representatives of their

work units at organizational meetings. They may

represent the entire organization as well as a

particular unit in dealing with external groups

(clients, customers, government officials, etc.

Managers also act as the official

representative like seminars, as a guess too, and

all other big event, transactions and government

transactions.

5. Managers are symbols:

Explanations:

Managers are symbols of corporate success or

they fail. In short, they represent corporate as

well as employee aspirations. They are shown the

Managers, obviously, are there to utilize corporate

managers are good and his/her grounds are not,
