This would make operations easier for the owner and allow for fast service and happy customers.

SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS

This research would be beneficial to the people of at Santa Cruz, Brgy. Acacia Buhangin Davao City.
Because they will know the effects of water refilling station business. Since the company started, we
noticed that the station is using manual based operation towards on their inventory and Receipts.
Processing of their Customers information Reliability which is our concern when it comes to the
processing of their Manual system.

Our Inventory system for Water Refilling Station was designed by each of every Group to solve some
issues of day to transaction by using the Old way or the manual system. Like to avoid Inconsistency of
data, misspelled information, Especially when some liquid spills on Paper, and some other problems
brought by Employee. It would be easy for the Owner If She/he Have a Water System Management For
Fast ordering, quick service, and happy customers are the benefits for company.

The Inventory Keeper will no longer Holding a Pen and paper but rather with the portable Management
device. He enters the Order and information of a Customer on the Laptop or computer and then sends
it to the PHP my admin in real time for processing. In addition, Water management system receives the
sales information for later Official Receipt.
