Select the advertisement; write your confirmation number and date of birth and press “OK”
This is how the screen will appear once you do the above step.
On clicking “OK” the candidate can we the details of his application and photograph and start
uploading the certificate which are manually scanned or by linking through “Digilocker” and click on
upload. Each and every advertisement will have a set of documents to be attached which would be
named and the candidate has to upload the documents in jpeg/jpg/pdf format with file size less than
1 MB.
Click on “Choose a file” to upload a scanned file or a pdf file stored in your local computer. Select the
appropriate file from your computer by the given option and click on “Upload” button. The moment
you click on “ “button the file will be uploaded and you get a button next to the“ “.
When you click on the preview button it will show the image/pdf file of the document you have
uploaded. In this way the candidate has to verify the authenticity of each and every certificate
he/she has uploaded properly or not.
If file size is more than 1 MB then the following error will be displayed.
There are few declared documents that are to be compulsorily uploaded without which you cannot
“Confirm or Submit and lock” your application. Hence you have to upload the same and then
proceed.
In manner the candidate has to upload all the required documents as specified on the screen. After
successfully upload and checking the uploaded document by “Preview” option the candidate, can
once again verify the uploaded documents. Once all the documents are uploaded and verified by the
candidate. The candidate has to click in the “Declaration box” stating that he/she agrees and abides
with the declaration mentioned on the screen and then clicking on “SUBMIT” button the application
Click on “Fetch from Digilocker” against the Certificate you want to upload/share from Digilocker
and you will get the following screen.
Enter your “Username” and the “Password” and click on the declaration for sharing your document
with the Gujarat Public Service Commission and “Sign in” as shown in the following screen.
Once you sign in you will get the following screen: In which you can upload/share the documents
from Uploaded Documents in Digilocker and other option of Issued Document in Digilocker.
Select the document and click on “Share and Stay Logged in” this will enable you to upload/share
another document from Digilocker without signing in again.

uploaded/shared from Digilocker mentioned against the certificate.
Here for next option of uploading/sharing document from “Issued Document” option in Digilocker.
The document is successfully uploaded/shared from Digilocker. In this way either using Scanned
document upload option or digilocker options, the candidate has to upload all the documents and
then click on “Confirm or Lock”.
After the due date is over you cannot upload/share documents. Those who have submitted half of
the documents will not be considered for application scrutiny due to insufficient documents needed
for application scrutiny.
After successfully uploading/sharing all the documents you have to click on the declaration and click
“Confirm or Lock” after this a pop-up message will prompt you that as shown below: Once you click
on “OK” the application will get submitted and locked.
If any compulsorily needed document is not uploaded/shared the system will prompt you to upload
the same with a pop-up message.
After successfully uploading all the required document/all documents, the candidate can move
further to complete the process.
Once you upload/shared all the documents and click on “Confirm or Lock” after giving consent to the
declaration, your application will give above pop-up warning that after “Confirming/locking” the
application you will not be able to make any changes or upload any new document. The following
screen appears once you click OK on the pop-up message. Candidates are requested to take the
printout of “E-Receipt of Uploaded Document”.
