Lab Exp Report 3

This lab report summarizes an experiment on diode applications in clipping and clamping circuits. The objectives were to observe the waveforms of positive and negative clipper circuits and positive and negative clamping circuits using PSpice simulation. The report includes the circuit diagrams and output waveforms of a negative series clipper, positive parallel clipper, negative clamper, and positive clamper. It concludes that the lab helped learn about different types of clipper and clamper circuits and how they work through simulation.

ABSTRACT:

In this experiment, the objective is to observe the waveforms of the various types of clipper
circuits such as positive clipper and negative clipper circuits. The another objective of this experiment is
to observe the waveforms of the Positive and Negative clamping circuits. This objective is significant
because after conducting this lab, we can learn about various kinds of clipper and clamper circuits. We
can learn how clipper and clamper circuit work. We will also be able to use these circuit in our practical
life. To conduct this lab, we used PSpice simulation.

OBJECTIVE:

The objective of this lab is to observe the waveforms of the various types of clipper circuits
such as positive clipper and negative clipper circuits. The another objective of this experiment is to
observe the waveforms of the Positive and Negative clamping circuits.

CONCLUSIONS:

As we used PSpice Simulation for getting the values so there is no error and we get
proper values. After conducting this lab, we can learn about various kinds of clipper and clamper circuits.
We can learn how clipper and clamper circuit work. We will also be able to use these circuit in our
practical life.
