Conditions of the Licence

1 This licence shall be displayed in prominent place in part of the premises open to the public.

2 The licence shall comply with the provisions of drugs Act 1976 and Rules framed there under for
the time being enforced.

3 The licensee shall forthwith inform the Licensing authority and anychange in the qualified staff
incharge.

4 The drug requiring special arrangement storage conditions of temperature and humidity shall be
stored or sold unless the precautions necessary for preserving the properties of the contents have
been observed throughout the period during which it has been in possession of licensee.
