Pick-up Undergraduate/Graduate: Student ID Check Card Functions

▣ **ATTENTION**

 If an international student with a D-2 visa takes a leave of absence, the university
will automatically invalidate the student's visa.

 Regardless of the visa expiration date on your Residence Card (RC), you must
depart Korea within 30 days.

 When you leave Korea, you must return your RC to the airport.

 If you want to take a leave of absence in a row, you must apply for an extension
through HY-in during the application period.
▣ GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS (UGR)

• Graduation Requirements (Undergraduate)


– International undergraduate students need to pass Language Requirement for
Graduation (TOPIK level 4 or higher (except English Track)) and Internship.

– Over the course of their school years, freshman should take 5 or more
English-taught courses (including Professional and Academic English) /
3 or more for transfer students in order to graduate (excluding English Track,
Music, Performing Arts and Sport)

– Undergraduate students must earn one (1) credit in Volunteer Service Course
in order to graduate.

– Please check with the department office for graduation requirements, as each
department has its own set of criteria.
▣ GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS (UGR)

• Graduation Requirements (Undergraduate)


– Students should upload their language proficiency certificate as soon as possible
before taking the final exam of the graduating semester.
(TOPIK level 4 or higher, regardless of TOPIK result validity period)
– Portal HY-in  My Home  Student Information  Other Achievements 

Acquired Date: fill the date / Attached File: upload TOPIK transcript)

Your department office will process the status of completion(Y) of the


"Foreign Language Certificate" in the graduation requirement.
▣ GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS (GR)

• Graduation Requirements (Graduate)


– Please check with the department office for graduation requirements, as each
department has its own set of criteria.

– You must pass the Language Requirement for Graduation even if you passed the
Korean language standards for admission.

Self-quarantine
▣ Self-quarantine

★ Regardless of vaccination status, all students should take a 2-week self-quarantine period.
– Those who fail to comply with self-quarantine orders face up to a year in prison or a 10-million won fine.
– Those who violate self-quarantine instructions and cause a loss to the nation may be held liable for
damages.
– Those who violate the self-quarantine instructions will be responsible for their COVID-19 medical
expenses.
– If quarantine measures are not followed, such as unauthorized departure from the quarantine site during
self-quarantine, the wrist safety band will be put on. If one continues to refuse to comply, he or she will be
placed in quarantine at a government facility. (The violator must pay the fee.)

• Application for Airport Pick-up Service


– Those who want pick-up service should fill out the application form on the website
below.

3) Pick-up Fee (KRW) : Depends on the number of passengers

* Pick-up fee should be paid directly to drivers on the spot by cash in Korean Won.

and A-Gate for Terminal 2.
