CONCRETE WORKS

In pouring/placing of ready mixed concrete make sure all the equipment such as pump
crete, tower crane, vibrator and other accessories needed are functionally accordingly. As our
requirements from the batching plant all ready mixed concrete shall be placed and poured on
or before 3.5 hours Testing of concrete shall be required for seven (7) days and twenty eight
(28) days until it attained the required strength. Hence there are some items of to be
considered hereunder

3. Structural slab / Finish floor line reference and Floor level depression
4. Floor finish (rough or straight to finish)
5. Construction joint location should be established
6. Required Beam & slab shear bars
7. Provide Concrete accessories
Concrete epoxy bond
Water stop
Curing compound
Integral waterproofing
Sufficient quantity of tools / equipment / manpower
Concrete vibrator
Shovels and pails
Trowel / power trowel / floats / spreaders
Manpower (skilled and labor)
Leveling laser equipment

CLEANING CLEARING THE AREA

After stripping the areas, all material for rebars and formworks shall
be sorting and segregates accordingly. All unsuitable materials shall be
spread or removed at the proposed building. The contractor should assigned
sufficient manpower for cleaning on this matter.
