Assignment brief:
You have been recently hired as a "business executive" with a major management
consulting firm based in London. Your firm has been approached by XYZ company (an
organisation of your choice), who are struggling following the decision of Brexit and have
hired your firm to provide a detailed report on the broad-based environmental challenges
and opportunities available for them. Your line manager has asked you to give a report
based on the following:
 Describe some of the positive and negative impacts of the PESTLEE environmental
factors on your client's organisation, i.e. the political, economic, social/cultural,
technological, legal, ethical and environmental factors that may influence company’s
strategies. 
 Using your PESTLEE analysis, identify some key challenges faced by your chosen
organisation.
 Examine how the chosen organisation is responding to such challenges in relation to
its business strategy (e.g., human resources, marketing, financial management and
information systems).
 Summarise your findings with the help of a conclusion and provide
recommendations.

Presentation:
Your work should be professionally presented as a report, which should put forward
structured arguments, which are supported by referenced sources throughout and using
examples to illustrate your discussion. Detailed guidance on writing reports is available at

 This assignment carries 70% weightage in the overall grade


 This report will be 2,000 words (+/- 10%). Work that is below (1800 words) or above

person (I, We etc.); no contractions (it’s, can’t, aren’t etc.); a formal tone throughout
