Hi Team,

I had cancelled my subscription as "Mentor Video Call" feature which was promised
at the time of purchase, not provided to child.
All discussions done with support guy for refund process is available with us. They
told me whenever COVID 19 situation will improve you can return the kit and we will
return the money. For the time being EMI will be continued. Now I am back to Pune
and I can go outside to send the kit by the courier service.

As discussed with akanchha(refund team) my subscription is again activated but if


you are not providing the WebEx online mentor call facility we don't want to
continue with the subscription.

So we request you to please cancel my subscription(product) and initiate refund


process.

My product includes as per Gaurav Narang(Marketting person 9158320960):


1) 5 year subscription(4-8 grade)
2) Byju Kit (Lenovo Tablet)
3) Dedicated Mentor
4) Online Video Call with Mentor(WebEx)
5) EMI without interest.
