Terms and Conditions:
1. The above prices are inclusive of fuel & chauffeur charges.
2. Minimum billing for Local Run Usage will be for 4hrs 40kms.Beyond that, the next package will be
applicable.
3. For outstation trips from Bangalore, the extra km rate will apply, with a minimum billing of 300 kms
per day for all the vehicles up to Premium Category. Above premium category the minimum billing of
300-500 kms per day will be applicable (Ex: Coaches and Buses).
4. For outstation trips from Pan India cities as mentioned above, the extra km rate will apply, with a
minimum billing of 300 kms per day for all the vehicles up to Premium Category. Above premium
category the minimum billing of 300-500 kms per day will be applicable (Coaches and Buses).
5. Outstation Chauffeur retention charges & night chauffeur charges as per the tariffs.
6. State entry toll, permits / fee, parking,city tolls& taxes extra as applicable on actual.
7. Kilometer & hours will be calculated from garage to garage.
8. Reservations: Turnaround time for local reservations will be 02Hrshours.For network reservations,the
lead time needs to be 24hours.
9. Night charges applicable between 10:00PM-06:00AM at Local and outstation both.

11. Cancellation Charges: No-show charges: Minimum slab.
12. All the above prices are valid for 01 years from the contract date. However, if there is any increase in
the fuel prices an additional charge namely “fuel price impact” will be charged in the bill. If the price of
fuel increases by 5%, the tariff will be revised accordingly.

13. Billing Cycle – Bills will be submitted every 30days – payments against which are to be made within
30days of submission of bills.
