Fact find out

 Intake valve for all cylinder leak


 Noozle no.6 malfungtion
 Heat exchanger plugged and not work properly
 Fuel pump low acelleration

Works carry out

Engine breakdown

 Engine disassembly

 Drain engine oil and cooling system


 Remove rocker arm assy include pipe pitting
 Remove air stater valve and clean
 Remove rocker housing and accessories
 Remove intake manifold assy and Exhaust manifold
 Remove pipe assy cooling system
 Remove cylinder head assy
 Remove engine piston all cylinder
 Remove main hole crankcase
 Remove heat exchanger assy and move to shipyard
 Remove aftercooler assy and lifting to yard
 Cleaning component and inspection

 Cleaning piston assy and connecting ROD and do inspect


 Cleaning crankcase and oil pan and move waste
 Rebuild Cylinder head clean and inspect
 Cleaning cylinder block and inspect protution camber
 Clean and inspect cylinde liner
 Cleaning rocker arm assy and inspect clearence
 Cleaning Rocker housing and intake manifold
 Cleaning air starter valve assy and inspect
 Cleaning all Exhaust valve and measurement
 Cleaning main hole and make new gasket
 Cleaning crankshaft and all journal

 Repair and Recondition


 Grinding valve for all exhaust valve
 Renew two seating valve for intake cylinder head no.1 & 2
 Renew intake valve for all cylinder head ( 12 intake valve )
 Grinding valve for all intake valve
 Leak test for all cylinder head valve
 Renew barrel plunger for all fuel pump ( 6 barrel plunger new )
 Do adjustment rack fuel pump and perform test
 Renew all noozle on cylinder ( 6 new noozle )
 Renew collet valve ( 10 collet new )
 Engine assembly

 Install piston assy and renew 6 set ring piston and 12 pcs Rod bearing
 Torque all bolt of cap con-ROD and tightenning properly
 Install lock bolt of cap con-rod
 Install all main hole cover and tightenning
 Renew 6 gasket chamber head and clean
 Install all cylinder head assy and lock bolt
 Do torque sequence and makesure bolt tightenning
 Install noozle assy and torque bolt
 Install rocker arm assy and tightenning
 Install all air starter valve assy and lock bolt
 Install rocker housing assy and valve air over flow
 Do adjustment valve and torque
 Repair and install exhaust manifold assy
 Install intake manifold and re gasket
 Install all cooling pipe and renew gasket
 Install aftercooler assy and makesure monting
 Install heat exchanger assy and re gasket all pipe
 Fill engine oil and air bleeding fuel system
 Test toorent engine manual and makesure smooth rotation
 Fill engine fresh water and leak monitoring
 Install sea water pump assy and belting
 Test engine pre-lube
 Test perform of compressor air starter
 Test running engine and monitoring engine for all leak
Suggestion :

 Keep engine service periodic and following prochedure of operational


 Keep clean lube oil system and fuel engine system
 Makesure air engine system is clean
