 1. Objective of the Proposal
In-house Cloud365 Server Work in Tally& Server Implementation.

2. Our Understanding & Scope of Work

a. Project Scope

Scope of work that Cevious Technologies (P) Ltd. (CTPL) is expected to Tally on cloud In-
house & Tally Cloud365 Server. In addition, CTPL is also responsible to enable Hansol
Logistics India Private team to use the solution provided to its best capabilities through
initial training and then ongoing support

2. Proposed Solution
As part of this engagement, CTPL is expected to engineer the integration bridge (after a
detailed system analysis) between them Hansol Logistics India Private Tally Server.
CTPL is expected to follow the complete software development lifecycle. The activities
would include the following:
- Understanding of the Business Requirements
- Setup Tally Environments for Development and Testing at CTPL Office
- Tally Cloud365 server deployment
- User Acceptance Testing

The detailed scope of development including field level mapping will have to be frozen before
the actual development has to start.

3. Implementation Pre-requisites & Milestones of the Project

CTPL requires the following to be prepared by the client before commencing the Installation:

• Availability of Server Deployment environment

• 1 dedicated cloud resources required from all respective department

• Browser required for the compatibility (Chrome, Firefox, and RDP)

 4. Assumptions and Dependencies
Feasibility study has to be done separately for any additional requirements at Hansol
Logistics India Private place for their specific needs and those are not part of this scope
document. A d d i t i o n a l requirements then the same would be charged separately.

errors not directly related to the Server

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions shall govern this proposal:

a. This proposal is to be accepted along with a Mandate / Purchase Order issued

in favour of the company. Order / Mandate have to be accepted by the
company in writing

b. Validity period. This proposal is valid for 7 days. The payment terms are as follows:
1. 100% Advance of Cloud Server of the along with PO.

c. Prices mentioned in the proposal are inclusive of taxes as per export

service from India.
d. Training & Implementation conduct online by MS-Team/Google Meet
e. Cloud Data Centre located in India
f. Travel, Boarding & Lodging and incidental expenses will be charged as per actual.
g. Certificate relating to Tax deducted at source, if any from payments made has to be
issued before Financial Year end or execution of the contract, whichever is earlier
h. Customer shall provide requisite approvals, sign-offs and certificate of
deliverables on a timely basis
i. If time is spent for non-readiness of contractual time and force majeure
conditions, the efforts will be charged additionally.
j. All man days are taken to consist of 8 hours / 5 days a week.
k. Managed Services will be charged extra after 90 Days of Signoff.
l. Any further development and modifications will be charged extra
m. No guarantee depends on patch and updates on pirated software
