Governance, Constitution, Polity, Social justice and
International Relations

This paper is one of the most dynamic in nature. Hence, an aspirant must go through the suggested static
books listed below. After completing themes form these sources, focus should be kept on current affairs
and happenings around.

Also, schemes and governance, which an officer practices in reality, is a part of this paper. For this, one
must rely on authentic government sources like PIB.

an environment and technological know – how to achieve desired milestones like Five Trillion Dollars
Economy.

This paper is a test of an aspirant in totality. Their understanding of society, culture, values,
norms and thought process is checked here.
There are several materials available in the market. But this paper is not theory oriented. An
aspirant has to relate philosophy to practicality while answering. By reading few basic sources
