a. What do you value most in life? How does this contribute to happiness and meaning in your life?

Health treat our body with respect it deserves.


Friends spending time with friends is key to my emotional wellbeing.
Gratitude .Appreciate the miracle of life.
My reputation. My family. My education .Giving to others. Life experiences. These values
will give happiness by keeping this value at the center of my life, I am able to make
decisions in the best interest of my family, my business and myself .A happy family , happy
home and a happy work environment add up to a happy life. I value making a difference in
life and living with integrity.

b. What are the indicators of success in life? (5points)

Answer: For me, it could be material things, spiritual connections and experiences,
relationships, basic needs, emotional and mental well-being, physical health, progress
towards hopes and dreams, or simply being alive.Research shows that traits like
passion, mental toughness, constant learning and a willingness to take risks do lead
to greater success. Hard work is usually rewarded. Perseverance is often the
difference between success and failure. After all, if you give up, failure is guaranteed.
The mix of passion, perseverance, and self-discipline that keeps you moving forward
in spite of obstacles can contribute to your success more than your IQ. My ability to
stick with and pursue any goal over a long period of time is an important indicator of
achieving anything worthwhile in my life and career.
