INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE


Step 1 = Identify and input the percentage of quality and price weighting, then the number for quality threshold (cell B15).
TENDER QUALITY WEIGHTING: 50% Step 2 = Input number of tenders that have to be evaluated (cell B6).
TENDER PRICE WEIGHTING: 50% Step 3 = Input supplier (company) name. (e.g. in cell D14, insert Autoprint Ltd).
Step 4 = Select the remaining cells (cells not fill with data) in all sections.
Step 5 = Right click to Clear Contents of selected cells. Please do not delete any cells in this worksheet.
Number of tenders to evaluate: 11 Step 6 = Input the description of the criteria you have for this tender and the percentage for each criteria in the Criteria Weighting column.
Step 7 = Input scores of each supplier accordingly in the Score column.
Step 8 = Capture evaluators comments in the 'Supplier comments' worksheet
Step 9 = Input suppliers Tender Prices accordingly in the Price Scores Section (Row 32).
Step 10 = See Overall Score Section and Summary Worksheet to identify the ranking and choose the preferred supplier/s.
Important: Do not change any wordings or numbers that are in BLACK or GREEN, only change entries which are in RED.
