 Scope of Work:

 Preparation of Architectural Drawings

 Preparation of Interior Drawings

 Preparation of Structural Drawing

 Preparation of Electrical Drawing

 Preparation of Plumbing Drawing

 Preparation of HVAC Drawings

 Exclusions:

 Preparation of Detail BOQ.

 Preparation of Technical Specifications & Tender documents. 

 Any revision after the sign off of the concept shall be compensated at per-diem rates mutually agreed to before

initiating such changes.

 All drawings and documents shall be prepared in AutoCAD ONLY and submitted in PDF format

 In case of intervention of expert agencies for special category work that charges will be consider as extra charges.

(like structure Post Tension PT structure, façade consultant, other any Expert agencies etc.)

 Schedule of works: 30 Days from Work Order.

 Data Required:

 Existing inventory survey drawings, Topographic survey, soil Report etc as per requirements. 

 General Terms and Conditions:

 The above proposal is based on the assumptions made and subject to client providing the necessary inputs and
feedback. Any change in the same will affect the timeline and will have commercial implications.

 The above figure is exclusive of tax, which will be levied at actual.

 In case of cancellation of this project due to legal matter or other circumstances this agreement cannot be
terminated and client have to pay full amount of money within a time period mentioned above.
