Petitioner, thru Attorney-in-fact, Haidelina R. Melencion, by


counsel, to this Honorable Court, most respectfully states that:

Parties

1. Petitioner is of legal age, married, a Filipino, and a resident of


Subabasbas, Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City, while Haidelina R.
Melencion, is likewise of legal age, married, a Filipino citizen and a
resident of Subabasbas, Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City, where she
maybe served with the processes of the Honorable Court;

2. Respondent Register of Deeds for the City of Lapu-Lapu is being


impleaded as a necessary party holding office at the Ground Floor
of the Lapu-Lapu City Hall, Lapu-Lapu City Hall, where she maybe
served with summons and other court notices;

Facts of the Case

3. That Lot No. 3315, is covered by OCT No. RO-1125, situated in the
Barrio of Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City,
